Frequently asked questions about international shipping, payment, and order tracking.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines. All international orders are shipped via UPS.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on customs. Once your order ships, a UPS tracking number appears on the Order Lookup page so you can follow it in real time.
How much is shipping?
There is currently no separate shipping fee — you pay only the displayed product price.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
Duties or taxes may apply under your country's regulations and are the recipient's responsibility. Most of our shipping destinations have de minimis thresholds, so typical small orders usually clear without charges.
How do I pay?
Checkout is via PayPal — you can also pay by credit card as a guest without a PayPal account. Orders are billed in JPY for Japan and USD elsewhere.
Where do I track my order?
Use the Order Lookup page (footer link) with your order ID — shown after checkout or as the transaction ID in your PayPal receipt email — and your checkout email to see order status and the UPS tracking link.
What is your return policy?
You may request an exchange or return by email within 7 days of receipt. Opened or used cosmetics may be excluded for hygiene reasons — see Shipping, Exchange & Refund for details.
