1. Purpose
These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the Aube Neige online store operated by The Bareum ('the Company'), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users.
2. Effect and Amendment
These terms take effect upon posting on the site. The Company may amend the terms within the limits of applicable law, with prior notice stating the effective date and reason.
3. Orders and Formation of Contract
A sales contract is formed when the Company confirms payment and the order. The Company may cancel an order for justifiable reasons such as being out of stock.
4. Payment and Pricing
Displayed prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping fees and overseas customs/taxes may be charged separately at checkout or per the destination country's rules.
5. Withdrawal and Refund
Users may withdraw a purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, as provided by law. However, cosmetics that have been opened or used may be excluded for hygiene reasons (see Shipping & Returns).
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its control, such as force majeure or the user's fault.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent court under Korean civil procedure.
